The cultural event titled "Unfamiliar Landscape" is set to take place from August 27 to September 19, 2026, at the Cork Arts Society Vaults. This exhibition, featuring the work of artist Lorraine Parker, promises to offer a unique perspective on the theme of landscape through innovative artistic expressions.
"Unfamiliar Landscape" aims to challenge viewers' perceptions of familiar environments, inviting them to explore the nuances and complexities of landscapes that may often go unnoticed. Lorraine Parker's artistic approach is expected to engage audiences in a dialogue about the relationship between nature and human experience.
This exhibition is part of a series of upcoming exhibitions at the Cork Arts Society Vaults, which also includes the Cork Arts Society Vaults Award featuring Julia Dlugosz. The event is an excellent opportunity for art enthusiasts and the general public to immerse themselves in contemporary art and engage with the creative community.
